I agree with you on the rice cakes- they were my least favourite meal last round so I had a wrap today. And well done by pushing out an extra gym session as well! And you will get used to portion sizes once your stomach shrinks! Its almost tortuous at first but so worth it once you're in the routine. Maybe for a snack you could have vegies (celery, capsicum, carrot) with cream or cottage cheese or hummus? Otherwise I eat ryvitas with vegemite and a couple of slices of swiss cheese. If you get snacks right now, it'll really help you keep to meals/calories in the future. I look forward to you future blogs!! x x
